Michael Keith Hugh Bell - Founder

Mike the founder of FliteTo, has a unique combination of qualifications and experience which make him the ideal person to make this airline a reality. He holds three university degrees including a BA in economics, a Masters in Business Administration and an MSc in Air Transport Management. Mike has eighteen years of flying experience with Airline Transport Pilots licenses from three countries and has flown all over the world as a B747 Captain. Mike has extensively researched the low cost airline model as part of his academic studies and has acted as a business consultant in this area.

 

Chris Robson-Smith – Director Ground Operations

Chris is an experienced aviation professional with over twenty years experience who has held a number of senior positions with airlines and airline handling agents at General Manager and Director Level. He has held a number of management roles with UK, US and Canadian airlines operating B747 aircraft on trans-Atlantic routes including with charter airlines handling large numbers of passengers on high seating density aircraft with a minimum of resources

 

Other key members of the management team

Three high caliber managers with a proven track record in the industry have been approached to participate in this project. All three persons have expressed an interest in participating in the project. They cannot be identified at this stage as publicized participation in this project could compromise their current positions.
